He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sobey School of Business, equipping him with a solid grounding in business operations, finance, and organizational management. Amin’s expertise ensures a disciplined, peoplefirst approach to talent placement and employer partnerships.

Omer Abdallah, PMP® MBA

Co-Founder & COO

Omer brings over 8 years of experience across staffing, HR services, consulting, and large scale workforce operations. His background spans project management, digital transformation, process optimization, and stakeholder management, with experience supporting enterprise and operational teams in
